A Good morning stretch for Good Friday!

Stretches the length of your arms, neck, shoulders, back, abdominals and your oblique’s (the muscles to the side of your torso).

Stand with your feet pointing forwards, shoulder width apart, making sure your knees are slightly bent.

Tilt your pelvis forward a touch so that your bottom sticks out a little.

Reach your arms above your head, keeping your arms long with a slight bend at the elbow and in line with your body, the palms of your hands should be facing inwards.

As you stretch reaching up, look up towards your hands so that the stretch goes up through your neck.

You should feel a nice stretch all the way up your body and into your hands.

Relax, eat large amounts of chocolate eggs and enjoy your Easter weekend.
